The Beginning
Hi, my name is Koby. I am a certified Reiki Master in White Light Reiki and Karuna Reiki. My personal healing journey led me to this path, and it has since become an integral part of my lifestyle.
My interest in energy work began when my brother, Austin, would excitedly share what he was learning about healing modalities. His enthusiasm piqued my curiosity, leading me to explore local crystal shops, bookstores filled with esoteric knowledge, and introductory classes on spiritual topics like Astrology and Animal Reiki.
I found myself drawn to crystals, picking them up and noticing the different energies they radiated. This hands-on approach deepened my understanding of energetic properties, and I soon incorporated practices like pendulum dowsing to guide my exploration. It was through this journey that I discovered my Reiki teacher, Jacquelyn.
My first Distance Reiki session was a turning point. Lying down, I focused on the sensations in my body and felt a gentle tingling that moved through different areas, releasing tension and stagnant energy. Each session left me feeling relaxed—like I had just had a massage—and, interestingly, enhanced my intuitive abilities for a day or two afterward. These profound experiences inspired me to take the next step: learning Reiki for myself.
